Our methodology is simple.  Give the customer what they deserve.  Many builders will cut corners and give you a basic home that meets the minimum codes and gets them their profit margin.  Other builders will tell you that you are getting so much more for a higher price or better yet, they make a house simply built to code sound like it's an upgrade or premium feature.

The standard features you will find with TNT cost you as upgrades with other builders or you are simply paying much more for the home.  Simply put, there's no comparison.

We like to give the customer the option to upgrade.  If the upgrade is within your budget then we would be glad to add it for you.
